How I can help
Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or simply want to feel more confident in your parenting, I offer support that's grounded in research, shaped by experience, and always tailored to your family.
1:1 Parent Coaching
Have you tried everything and yet still feel like you're going in circles? Do you find yourself wondering if things can actually be different?
They can. You don't have to stay status quo. Change can happen- real, lasting change that makes a difference in your child's life and yours.
1:1 parent coaching is for parents who want practical support and a thinking partner as they navigate their child's behaviour, development, or emotional world. We don't just troubleshoot behaviour, but we go beyond strategies and work on understanding what's driving what you're seeing, so the changes actually last.
- Discovery call to understand your family's needs
- Tailored session plans based on your child's profile
- Between-session support and resources
- Available online or in-person (Singapore)
COSP (Circle of Security) Parenting Workshops
Do you ever react to your child in a way that surprises even you and wonder afterwards where that came from?
The Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) programme is for parents who want to go deeper. To understand attachment- what your child is really asking for when they act out, cling, or shut down. To learn about rupture and repair, and why relationships can survive hard moments. And to explore what COSP calls "shark music"- the way our own experiences quietly shape how we respond to our children today, often without us even realising it.
What makes COSP different is the eight weeks you spend journeying through it with a small group of parents. There's something that happens when you realise you're not alone in what you're feeling, that the person sitting next to you is carrying the same questions, the same doubts, the same love. That community is part of what makes the learning stick.
- 8-week programme for small groups
- Grounded in attachment theory and Circle of Security research
- Available for community groups, schools, and workplaces
- Build community with people who are journeying alongside you
School Consultations & Observations
Are you getting calls from your child's teachers telling you he isn't participating, or that there are behaviour issues in class? I know how helpless and stressful that can feel, especially when you're not there to see it for yourself.
When I do school consultations, I'm able to give you a clearer picture of what's actually happening in the classroom- your child's social dynamics, how they're responding to the environment, and what their behaviour might be trying to communicate. You leave with real answers, not just reports.
- Structured observation with written report and recommendations
- Liaison between family and school team
- Support for IEP planning and transition periods
Child Behavioural Therapy
Do you see your child struggling with their feelings, with friendships, or with holding it together? Maybe they're hitting, shutting down, melting down, or saying things that hurt. And you're not sure where to start or how to help.
I work directly with children on the skills that make everyday life feel more manageable and more connected. This includes emotional regulation (understanding and managing big feelings), functional communication (finding words for what they need), and social skills like perspective taking, reading social cues, and responding appropriately in different settings.
If your child is displaying challenging behaviours like aggression, I will support them not by suppressing the behaviour, but by understanding what's driving it and building the skills to replace it.
Sessions are play-based and child-led, using Floortime, Hanen, and relationship-based approaches. Parent involvement is built in throughout because I want you to leave each session feeling equipped and empowered to follow through in the everyday moments at home. You are the most important relationship in your child's life, and the work we do together should reflect that.
- Initial assessment and goal-setting with family
- Play-based, child-led sessions
- Suitable for neurodiverse and neurotypical children
- Regular progress updates and parent coaching woven in
